About C.H.G.E.C.Christ the Hope of Glory dives all the fundamental teachings in the inspired Word of God, the Holy Bible. Our doctrines are taught in every meetings to promote growth doctrinal (John 7:17) and to make them fit for the kingdom of God. This is where the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated and the confused can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness and encouragement, Equip every believer for a significant ministry by helping them to discover, develop and deploy the gifts and talents God gave them. A church where we teach every member to be an evangelist and every worker to be warrior in Christ Jesus. Since we have one Lord, one Faith and one baptism (Eph. 4:4), the Church reaches out to fellowship with other Christians in other denominations, so long as they preach and practice the same and full gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our BeliefThe Holy Bible
We believe the Holy Bible is inspired by God, without error and the authority on which we base our faith, conduct and doctrine. The Trinity We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to this earth as Savior of the world. Salvation We believe Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross. Accepting Christ as the Lord and saviour, having genuine repentance. We believe Jesus rose from the dead and is coming again. We encourage children of God to be always prepared for the coming back of Jesus Christ. Water Baptism We believe water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of the blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Growing Relationship We believe every believer should be in a growing relationship with Jesus by obeying God's Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit and by being conformed to the image of Christ. Together, we can; GROW UP in knowledge, perspective, conviction, skill and character in the Word of God. GROW BIG and winning souls to the Kingdom of God by fulfilling the Great Commission, using every medium available (TV, radio, newspapers, etc) to evangelise the Word. GROW TOGETHER spiritually and physically in unity and love of God. |
Bishop S.A. AdediranBishop Solomon Adelere Adediran is commissioned by our Lord Jesus Christ to preach the message of Hope to the hopeless and to prepare God's people for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the set man of Christ the Hope of Glory Evangelical Ministry with the headquarters' in Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria and many branches in other states of Federation and United Kingdom. He is specially anointed by God for healing, deliverance and he has a strong teaching ministry. He has occupied various leadership position in Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) and Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN). He is happily married to Pastor Mrs Victoria and the union is blessed with God fearing children.
